After watching the Tiger Woods Scandal play out in the media yet another day the age old question still plagues my mind- Why do men cheat? So many studies have been done to try to answer this question but after reading endless articles on the topic and watching Tyra Banks Show “Cheating is an Addiction” I am still confused.
According to marriage counselor M. Gary Neuman, it’s estimated that one in 2.7 men will cheat—and most of their wives will never know about it.
That’s scary. I just had a baby a few months ago and was shocked to see so many women at the doctor in the obgyn line. Some of them married I’m sure- there for an infection-some of them not even sure of how they got it.
Well anyway research shows that the majority of men cheated because of an emotional disconnection with their mate. They are looking for someone to make them feel valued.
Really? Cause I thought it was always because they were hoar-mungering, sex crazed, never-satisfied-no-matter-what fools. I guess not!
Well ladies if the studies are right- we have a little work to do.
