Can Rejuvenated Ionized Water really help me lose weight?

If your anything like myself than you probably hate to drink water…..unless its Figi water, which costs as much as a 24-pack of off-brand water or Evian which is also running a close second. I am an ex-track runner who use to drink at least two liters of water a day. I eventually replaced my water intake with a nice ice cold pepsi. But wait, before you shake your head and judge me I want you to know that I have recently replaced my juicy pepsi-drinking habit with water again.

The only thing that confuses me about this new kick for water is what type of water should I be drinking? Is this rejuvenated, ionized, alkalized water that I see all over youtube, better for me than regular water or am I just too lost in these big words to figure it out?

After having my second child I didn’t need my nutritionist to tell me that I am now over weight for the first time in my life. I knew something had to give and my diet and water intake was first. I decided to throw the pepsi’s out of the door again and replace it with that good ole’ H2O but with one minor problem, most water tastes nasty to me so what do I do?

Well, after coming across endless articles and YouTube videos of ionized water and how it helps the weight loss process I owe it two the “skinny me” to give it a try, right? In my new found quest for the best water I came across a gentlemen by the name of Peter GoodGold and his creation of the “Rejuvenator Water Ionizer”. Yes, that’s exactly what I said, ” The Rejuve-who?” It seems to be water that helps balance your bodies pH encouraging weight-loss by giving you alkalized, oxygen-rich, antioxidants right from your very own tap water. So sign me up, but one thing first- what does alkalized mean and what in the world is an antioxidant?

Alkalized is
